The generator is for adults you know, pets you live with, and jokes those people can answer. It is not for celebrity likeness or non-consensual content.
Draft for the owner to review. Have a lawyer read this before you take money or register a DMCA agent.
No celebrity or public-figure likeness
Do not upload a celebrity, a politician, a professional athlete, or any other public figure. Do not ask for their voice, their style, or a remake of their video. Do not use a lookalike photo to get around the check. We refuse those prompts and we remove those videos.
No non-consensual content
Everyone in the photo must be an adult who agreed to be in it, or it must be you. No sexual images, no revenge content, no nudity of someone who didn't ask for it, and no attempt to put a person's face on a sexual scene. Reports of this kind are reviewed within 48 hours.
No minors
The product is for people 18 and over, as subjects and as customers. Don't upload a child, don't write a song about a child, and don't describe a school setting as the subject. Those prompts are refused.
No harassment, hate, or threats
Roasts and diss tracks are for friends who can answer you. Threats, slurs, and content that exists to degrade someone are not allowed, even if you have their photo.
No copyrighted characters or copied audio
Don't upload a copyrighted character, a movie monster you don't own, or a logo you don't have rights to. This version doesn't accept audio uploads, voice clones, or 'in the style of' a named artist. Don't add a commercial song under the video in your own editor and then treat the result as ours.
Enforcement
We can refuse a render, remove a video, and close an account. The review window for a report is 48 hours. Write abuse@rhymecam.com or use the Report button on a share page and in the footer.
