How to send a notice
Email dmca@rhymecam.com with: your physical or electronic signature; the work you believe is infringed; the URL of the video; your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or the owner's agent.
We review takedown reports within 48 hours and either remove the video or write back with the reason we did not. The same clock applies to likeness, consent, and minor-safety reports sent to abuse@rhymecam.com.
Counter-notice
If your video was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email dmca@rhymecam.com with: your signature; identification of the removed video; a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake; your name, address, and phone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district, or for the district where the operator is located if you are outside the United States, and that you will accept service from the person who sent the original notice.
Repeat infringement
Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing or non-consensual material will be closed. We log the report, the decision, and the time of removal.
